Retourbeleid / Refund Policy
NL: Bij CS Jewels streven we naar uw volledige tevredenheid. Omdat onze sieraden met de hand worden gemaakt, verzoeken we u het volgende retourbeleid zorgvuldig te lezen.
- U heeft het recht uw bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te retourneren, zonder opgave van reden (conform de Wet koop op afstand).
- Omdat al onze producten met de hand worden gemaakt, kunnen zij licht afwijken van de foto's. Dit is onderdeel van het handgemaakte karakter van elk stuk.
- Het product dient ongedragen, onbeschadigd en in de originele verpakking te worden geretourneerd.
- Gepersonaliseerde of op maat gemaakte producten zijn uitgesloten van retour.
- Retourkosten zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij het product aantoonbaar defect is.
- Na ontvangst en inspectie wordt het aankoopbedrag binnen 14 dagen teruggestort.

- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Personalised or custom-made items are excluded from returns.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective.
- Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
